We want you to feel confident when ordering with us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to three weeks before the occasion date for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using your original payment method.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our cards, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been processed.
Refunds
Refunds may not be available if your order is already in production or has been printed or dispatched.
If there is an issue with your order — such as a printing error or damage during delivery — please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.
